I asked a couple times before in some sub reddit how to make rice because I am awful at it. Every time it comes out either too soggy or dry. They told me I shouldn’t be soaking the rice but the instructions say to soak the rice for 30 minutes! Also what kind of rice should I be using? Just for chicken and rice. I shop at Publix and Whole Foods. Not looking for budget rice or fancy rice just good rice.
