Diabetic Partner Support

(26F)My (28M)husband has been diagnosed since he was 5 years old, and then diagnosed with celiacs when he was 7. we've been together nearly 7 years and I've done tons of research in that time in order to understand and best support him. he's always struggled with his mental health regarding taking care of his self, especially in college regarding his celiac. He stopped eating gluten once we started trying for a baby. With his diabetes though, he hasn't shared much about it and I try not to pry because I don't want it to cause a strain on our relationship. However, we now have a 10 month old daughter and he just isn't taking care of himself. He went months without a CGM or checking his blood sugar at all and just went based on how he felt. I finally got him to refill the CGM script and I downloaded the libre link app so that I can help him manage, but I don't want to seem overbearing. The topic has always been sensitive and he tends to shut down.

My best friend growing up lost her dad to type 1, due to a failed insulin pump, and it ruined her. I'm terrified that my daughter will have the same fate because my husband isn't taking care of himself. is there anything I can do to help without seeming like I'm nagging? I just don't want to lose him.
