Started 2 years ago, Investing 2k a month going forward I travelled in 30’s have a family 2 kids .. house equity 400k .. will I be okay at 60 ?

I woke up extreme pain in jaw stinging burning then I saw this on my retromolar pad .. this is now day 4 pic … should I. Be worried ?
