Product warranty language ambiguity. Magnuson-Moss?
sorry for the repost; I posted earlier today with no replies

I purchased eyeglasses from an optician who states on their website that the glasses “include a one-year warranty“ and then later on the page calls it a “full 1-year warranty”.
After my eyeglass frames have had multiple issues within that first year, I asked them to provide details on the warranty, and they sent me a document with this wording:
”Frame Warranty
Frames carry a one-time, one year warranty against
manufacturer defects. Adjustments are offered free of
charge for the lifetime of the frame.”
This paperwork wasn’t provided when I initially purchased the eyeglasses, and the staff told me that the glasses were fully covered for 1 year when I was shopping.
Does this violate the Magnuson-Moss act? The website calls it a full warranty, but the warranty policy document indicates that it’s a “one-time” warranty. Nowhere on the warranty policy document does it state that it’s a “full” or “limited” warranty.
