What is the first year of a PsyD program like?

Hello, I am hoping some current PsyD students can chime in here. I graduated undergrad last May and I recently got accepted to my top choice PsyD program and I’m super excited! A major part of me does worry that it will be a very hard adjustment. My program is 1st semester 6 classes and then 2nd semester classes and practicum. For current or graduated PsyD student, how was it getting adjusted to your program? Was it an insane coursework load compared to undergraduate? Did you drive yourself crazy with the readings? Open to any advice you all may have!

Can I make a cookie cake with my normal cookie recipe?

Hello! not sure if this is a silly question but I have a chocolate chip cookie recipe that i love. I want to make a cookie cake for me and my boyfriends anniversary tonight but im not sure if anything needs to be tweaked to keep the cake as soft as the cookies typically are. Recipe listed below for reference:

 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  1 teaspoon baking soda

  1 teaspoon salt

1 cup (230 grams; 2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup (200 grams) dark brown sugar packed

1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar

2 large eggs at room temperature mix one egg at a time

  2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

112-ounce package (2 cups; 340g) of semi sweet chocolate chips
