My LO is 11 weeks today, been EP since the beginning. I’ve always had just enough, maybe one or two feedings ahead. But since her demand has increased, am constantly trying to catch up with every pump. Am trying to increase pump frequency, and try everything I can( with what to eat, drink etc)
Am thinking of supplementing formula, and wondering how to ? Do I mix it in the same bottle? Do one or two formula feedings alone?
What has worked for you? And what brand of formula has worked for you best?
