The award didnt trigger, is there something I should do more to get it ?

Wanting to up my prestige , one mission is to get a restaurant award, am I locked out of it ? :')

Can we make sparkling wine ? Or is it only available through buying ?

Trying to find amethyst, no clue where to get it, scoured the mines for days, I am assuming its not a part of it.

Is it unlocked at a certain location? I am on Act 2.
