Hi Paul,

First of all, thank you for creating Shutter Encoder — it's an excellent tool!

I have a vertical video (2160×3840) that I want to downscale to exactly 1080×1920 while keeping the original aspect ratio. I don’t want any stretching, cropping, or black bars — I just want a clean downscale of the original content.

I tried setting:

Scale → 1080x1920 or 1080:1920

Scale mode → Adapt

Force display → 9:16 (and also tried without it)

But the video still comes out stretched/distorted.

Could you please tell me the correct step-by-step settings to achieve a proper downscale in this case?
