Is there some problem with juice I’m not aware of?

I’ve been getting asked at every appointment (Dr, dentist, and an ER visit) if my son drinks juice.

He’s 19 months old, no health concerns. He only recently started to drink juice and has like an honest kids apple juice once a week. He literally started having a juice the week we first started getting the questions so I’m just curious.

Seems to just be a routine part of their questions. The ER visit was for a cut on his gums after a fall and they just said no citrus after I said he does occasionally have juice.
