Feeling immense guilt as an only son: How do I support my sidelined father from another city

I am a Software Engineer based in Hyderabad and the only child. My parents live in Rajasthan, where my father runs a family business with my uncle. However, my uncle’s two sons have joined the business, forming a group that has effectively sidelined my father. He now feels lonely and unappreciated in the business he helped build.
I got married two years ago and have tried bringing them to Hyderabad, but they get bored because I can only give them time on weekends. It breaks my heart to see my uncle’s family enjoying life together while my parents feel isolated and "less than" in comparison. My father sacrificed everything for my education, and now when he needs me most, I feel like I am failing him. How can I handle this guilt? Are there ways to help him feel valued again without me quitting my job or should i start a business in the city where I can involve him as well?
