Needing lash studio owner advice
So I currently do lashes and am renting a space out of a salon. Im wanting to travel more and be gone for longer periods of time. As us lash artists know we really cant take too much time off since our clients come see us every 2-3 weeks making it hard if you want to maintain full books.
I guess im toying with the idea of hiring someone else to take my clients when im out of town for long periods of time. Im wanting to basically take a whole summer off and probably still pop back in once and awhile when im bsck in town but wondering if anyone has done this before? Or is this too much work to run a lash buisness while you're gone for months at a time. I know some of my regulars would probably come see me again but I know being gone for that long of a stretch I shouldn't expect alot to stick with me.
Any advice from someone who has also stepped away from the buisness to take more time off while still running in in the background. Thanks
