Hello everyone. Im 18 and ive noticed that i have pinhole phimosis and it never really was a problem until last night.

I dont know what caused it maybe masturbation but i am currently unable to pee. Im in a balooned state and its honestly 7/10 on the pain scale right now. Almost no pee is coming out at all and I dont know what to do. This has happened before but never taken this long to go back to normal. At most it took 5 minutes but as of right now its been an hour and i really am panicking.

Any home remedies? My dad has a really big work event which he has to travel for and if I tell him I know that he would cancel his trip which I couldnt force myself to do even if I wanted to.
