Hey all! Name’s Aaron! I have a spot that just opened on the SW Waterfront in a place called The Emery! It’s a cozy 2 bed, 2 bath spot (907 sq ft) with in unit laundry, ac/heating, close to public transit, on site maintenance and fully furnished living room. Per person, with parking and all utilities included, it equates to around $1,370 per month at max.
Looking for someone respectful, compassionate, clean, and hopefully on the left side of the political spectrum. If you’re bringing a pet, I believe it’s a flat extra $45 a month, we also have a dog wash station and a really great bike storage facility!
