Do any of you get extreme anger/rage as a symptom of over methylation?

Like everything irritates you and is overwhelming at the same time

Do any of you get a SEVERE rage feeling that is like severe PMT but it almost feels physical and like you literally can’t control it!

A long lasting type like that goes on for hours where you feel like everything is irritating you and so overwhelming you and causing anger at the same time like you could just crawl into a ball on the floor?

It all feels very physical like with a tight chest and like rage in your actual brain 😪
