One of the IBM employees was trying to refer me for an open position and that person is getting "This candidate is already known to IBM." error during referral process. I never applied for that position by myself and I don't know what is causing that issue, does anyone know? Ofc I have other applications that are in "No longer under consideration" stage but I never applied for this particular role.
