Nobody warns you about this part of cycling

Everyone talks about the freedom, the fitness, and the mental clarity but nobody really talks about the mental side when you can’t ride. Injury, bad weather, or just a busy week can mess with your rhythm more than expected. Once cycling becomes part of your routine, not riding actually feels strange. Has anyone else felt off when they miss a few days?
