There is a huge lack of work for TOCs this year due to a new attendance management program that the district (SD41) brought in. For context in 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, I was pretty much able to TOC every day for 4-5 days a week. Now, I'm lucky if I get 3. The availability and selection of jobs is pretty limited too. Is anyone else concerned about this?

How are TOC's supposed to stay alive like this for another year or two?
