Can someone explain to me why The Toad is considered one of the hardest enemies in the game?

I see it pop up every so often where people are like "Oh my god that guy WRECKED me!" meanwhile I beat him first try on normal difficulty and again on Death March!

Did yall just never use potions and oils? 😭

I think Epilepsy made me better at my job

So I've had my Epilepsy for over 20 years by this point and I've learned how to subconsciously keep an eye on my body and if I feel "off"

I've had plenty of practice after all. It's something I don't even have to think about anymore. Just sometimes sit there like that Fry suspicious meme like "Something isn't right"

My epilepsy is also not severe enough that I'm prevented from doing much. Including my job as golf course maintenance running industrial machinery daily.

Aaand I'm a nightmare to my boss because I text him shit like "My machine is...vibrating weird?" and then two days later something like my belt snaps or a ball bearing explodes.

It finally hit me a few days ago that the reason why I'm probably noticing all of this shit is BECAUSE I've spent literal decades subconsciously monitoring my body and noticing when I feel weird. I never thought I'd be subconsciously cataloging the way machines run too 😂

Also yes, I really am a nightmare to my boss because I do go up to him with random things like "My machine is squeaking but it's so faint I thought I was insane and I can't figure out where it's coming from!" Not very helpful but basically a prediction that something is going to break soon so be prepared lol

The easy way to kill Ketheric Thorm is...

To raid his bedroom and read EVERYTHING.

You unlock dialogue options to basically guilt him into regretting everything he's done.

Unfortunately you still have to fight him on the roof but the second time you run into him you continue to guilt him and don't have to deal with back to back big fights.

Tadah!

As for the rooftop, take out all of the little mages first. Or have one character designated to only focus on getting rid of those annoying bitches while the rest of your party wails on Ketheric.
