Local Roaster sells Malfunctioning Beans Mix Bag. Would you get it?
our local roaster starts selling the so-called "triage".
translation of the bags description: "In this bag you will find hand-selected beans that didn't make it into our standard coffees. Each bag a different flavor. Freshly and gently roasted for your daily enjoyment."
the coffee is indeed very mixed with various roast levels and deformities. i'm still not that good at finding the best descriptors for the flavours but i would describe that one as just all over the place and missing character (roasted three days ago so idk how much the flavour will improve). with 15€/kg though i would still buy this over the standard supermarket beans any day. what do you guys think about this?
