* Switching from Heavy Vaping to ZYN — How Much Is “Normal” Per Day?

Hello, I know this may not be the perfect place to ask for advice about this, but I have some questions.

I vape heavily, and I’m also a pretty athletic person. Honestly, I feel like I would perform better without vaping.

A friend recommended that I try ZYN or nicotine pouches in general. I tried them once, and honestly, they worked well. The only thing missing is the feeling of the vapor, but I think I could get used to that over time.

What I don’t really understand yet is how ZYN usage works. For example, with smoking cigarettes, you know that more than one pack a day is considered a lot, and some people smoke two packs. With vaping, you kind of know your consumption depending on your device.

But with ZYN/nicotine pouches, how does it work? How many pouches does the average person usually use per day?

Ozempic 1mg Side Effects, Click Counting & Feeling Like It Stopped Working — Need Advice

Hello,

I’ve been using Ozempic for a long time and lost weight successfully on it. Everything was going fine.

But when I started my first 1mg dose, the side effects were really strong. I felt extremely nauseous and ended up vomiting once. After vomiting, I actually felt some relief, but that night was terrible to the point where I felt like I was having a panic attack.

I think my stomach may have been too full at the time.

Anyway, I only used the 1mg dose once. After that, I went back down to 0.5mg and sometimes 0.75mg.

Until now, I’ve been buying the 1mg pen and counting clicks manually:

- 36 clicks for what I consider 0.5mg

- and sometimes adding 18 more clicks to make it around 0.75mg

Recently, though, I feel like it’s not working anymore.

I read that the “click counting” method is not always accurate and may affect effectiveness, and honestly I feel that might be true.

What do you guys think?

Also, after all this time, I feel like maybe I can tolerate 1mg now because my body seems more used to Ozempic.

I honestly feel lost. Any advice from experienced Ozempic users?

(And yes, if you’re wondering: I’ve mostly been using it without regular doctor follow-up. I only saw a doctor when I first started and had full blood tests done, and everything was normal.)
