I've been waiting to get some new spring / summer clothes as all my ones from last year which are all size 18/ 20. I've been to a couple of shops and got mostly size 12 clothes including trousers!!!

I honestly couldn't believe it, ive been on Mounjaro for 18 months now and am so thrilled with how it's worked.

I was feeling a bit deflated as ive been hovering on the same 3lbs for a while now and am so close to my end goal so this just gave me the boost I needed.

Hi all, my work are looking for a local charity to support this year. Ive done the usual googling but if anyone has any local charities that they work for or support, can you recommend them here?
