Anyone use coconut cream puree?
We recently used a coconut cream puree from Fierce Fruits in a Pina Colada wheat ale. Added 132 lb pineapple puree and 88 lb coconut cream puree in an FV then purged and sent over the 38F base beer. After conditioning cold for 3 days with occasional co2 bubbling it was recirculated for 30 min. Turned out great with a creamy coconut flavor but the aroma could use a little punch.
Anyone else try using coconut cream puree? What was your experience?
