What percentage does "beyond a reasonable doubt" require (any state in the USA)?
I was thinking about the terminology, and it's relatively vague. Clearly, 50% is not enough. On the other hand, 99.9% is certainly enough (I think). But if you could prove there was a 90% chance committed a crime, would that be enough to convict? What about 95%?
