Recently I’ve been trying to look for the perfect flat, something that fits my lifestyle and budget. So I spent hours going from rightmove to google and back again, looking up certain areas then calculating commutes just to find it doesn’t have a gym or train station anywhere near it. So, I spent the last month building a free AI tool to figure it out for me. It analyses postcodes, checks local amenities, and matches you to areas. I just launched the beta and would love some brutal feedback from anyone currently flat-hunting.

This is a genuine problem I’ve faced and I thought this might help others who might be facing the same issue!
