We are a technology company located in NW Austin that develops and manufactures aqueous ozone nanobubble technology to improve food safety and sustainability. We are looking to hire a full-time technical customer success manager to help manage our growing base of customers in the food processing sector. An ideal candidate would have experience in customer-facing roles AND be comfortable reviewing performance-related data sets to help drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role is in-person, but there will be some travel to customer sites required.
