so i have had had an ecoli infection in urine since at least november it was sent as a culture and came back with significant increased white cells at nearly 6000
i then repeated the culture in december still there 2nd lot of antibiotics given, cut a long story short whilst the infection has reduced white cells as of march 60 it is still growing e. coli and x4 antibiotics hasn't shifted fully which i find odd
so i am going for ultrasound of kidney and bladder tomorrow and i am so worried it may be a tumour
it was my gp who scared me saying there must be something in there holding onto the infection otherwise i would never have linked the two together
has anyone got similar to me? thanks in advance
