If you're familiar with Dissidia Opera Omnia, I think it's in Act3 chapter 2, the whole thing is about Celes trying to find Locke in Daril's Tomb.

We basically got a confirmation of Celes' feelings for Locke, in case it wasn't obvious in FF6. And the chapter ends with both Locke and Celes getting their memories back and remembering they're each other's most important person. 🥰

And Locke asks Celes "Will you stay with me?", which she answers positive. It was such a treat for LockexCeles fans! So I decided to draw it.

I went for the original FF6 outfits instead of the Amano ones, to avoid being redundant with one of my previous fanarts. Hope you like it !

In case you need context, these outfits are from the new Dissidia (mobile) game called Dissidia Duellum. The FF characters end up in Shibuya and are wearing a casual outfit.

Terra looks cute in this school uniform! But wouldn't it have been better if the uniform was red with a pink plaid skirt, as a reference to her FF6 outfit? 🤔 I may try to draw it someday !

Anyway she still looks cute. Had to fix the blue/purple eyes though, never understood why they changed her eye color in Dissidia...

I drew characters in duos, and the reason why I chose Balthier is that Terra may get vibes of a certain King of Figaro from him 😏
