So I was trynna get some new Pokemon for Great League, and since I don't have many options I decided to use Slowbro for one of the slots. PvPoke recommends using Drain Punch and Ice Beam for the charged moves, and I lucklily had a slowbro with ice beam with decent IVs for Great League. However, as much as I tried to get Drain Punch on him I wouldn't get it. And apparently Google says it needs Elite TM? Is this true? I've had this happen with numerous other Pokemon and now I can't trust PvPoke's recommendations. If this is true anyone know any good website alternatives that you know 100% the moves they mention I can get from charged/fast TMs?
