Alright so first things first, I dont know much about Computers . I attempted to overclock my gpu using msi afterburner by watching some youtube videos. Today when I signed on I noticed some artifacting so I decided I would turn the gpu and mem clock down. After doing that I restarted my computer and opened it back up to make sure it was good, but it reset to the higher settings it was at. Please help spent like a hour trying to fix it and nothings working.

Yes I clicked apply, saved it and locked.
