I’d just like to praise the Oura Chatbot,
I suspected my battery life being sub-par on my (1 month old) gen4
Seemed to be 3-4days to a full charge.
Chat bot ran diagnostics, came back clear no fault.
This morning I got an alert saying “less than 24hours charge remaining”
And was pretty sure I only charged it yesterday.
Logged into the live chat and was greeted by ‘would you like to continue with your previous battery health concern’
Chatbot ran diagnostics again and said “a fault has been found”
We’re sending you a replacement.
Please confirm model size and address.
Less than <5minutes later, email saying replacement has been sent.
-These gen4’s must have a battery issue, whether Oura decide to admit it or not?
My gen2 lasted 18months
Both Gen3’s over 12 months before any battery issues.
Gen 4 …..33days
