hello, it’s my officially my first week with braces and i’m really scared about the staining aspect. I’ve been trying to brush after every meal but it’s hard since i work 9-5 m-f so i’ve been just been eating once a day. Does anyone has any advice? like does everyone actually brush after inserting food in ur mouth everytime? should i get a water floss? like just lmk yall!!! :) 😂
