Update on my 2007 Civic that everyone said was DOA because of rust and my inability to repair it.

Rockers were both rusted through, had a large rust hole on the floor by the driver seat rear mounting bolt, and had a large rust hole in the trunk.

Still not great at welding, but getting a little better i think.

Cut out all the rust and welded in new steel. Filled seams with metal filler and seam filler then sprayed undercoating rubber. Coated all repairs with Fluid Film.

Seems sturdy, been driving it aggressively and no flex or failing welds.

Next step is covering the repairs with side skirts.
