I'm a marketing officer who is self employed and self taught, I've got opportunity to work with X tour company in promoting their services world wide, so ended up in increasing leads to their online shop which is the website.

I wonder DO TOURISM OPERATORS BENEFIT FROM HAVING THESE WEBSITES ? it's the tenth person am talking with who admits his website isn't part of him obtaining customers if someone does knows this info....please help me where to start, THANKS IN ADVANCE.
