Toronto Property Manager for multi-family property

Hello,

Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable property management company for a multi-family property in downtown Toronto?

I’m looking for someone professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with who can handle tenant placement and ongoing management with minimal hassle. I’m willing to pay a premium for strong service and responsiveness.

I am currently staying in an Airbnb with my family.
We have two toddlers, so we moved the couch in the living room to block access to the basement stairs.

I just realized that moving the couch has been scratching the laminate hardwood floor the entire time. The floor now has lots of scratches in a certain area... I can feel the scratches with my finger, they are not just on the surface scratches that can be buffed out....

What should I do?

I have $2M cash and want to invest in Toronto real estate for rental income.

I’m a Canadian citizen currently living in Asia (non-tax resident). The majority of my net worth is in stocks, so I’m looking to diversify by buying real estate in a city I’m familiar with.

I don’t want a mortgage — planning to buy fully in cash. Toronto is my home city, and I’d like to invest in a property for rental income and appreciation.

I would possibly move into this property if I ever came back to Canada in the future (long term horizon).

  • What type of property should I be looking at?
  • Which areas in Toronto/GTA make the most sense?
  • What kind of ROI can I realistically expect after property management fees and property taxes?

Looking for practical advice from people with experience in the market.

I am Canadian citizen but currently resident in a high risk middle eastern country (banking Grey lists)

Citibank Singapore has accepted my application after passing KYC

How safe is Citibank Singapore to store my money ?

I have to deposit minimum $300K

Would you reccomend it? Or should I avoid?

I read some bad reviews online of this bank and poor service..

Please advice

There is not many banks that will open for residents of my country (Lebanon)
