Tips for a new Sombra player? I got some questions

Hello! I recently picked up Sombra and have been really enjoying her gameplay. I have a few questions regarding her kit I'd appreciate some insight on and any tips you can offer on how to get better with her and be more impactful with my team is much appreciated!

- How many healthpacks can I have hacked at once?

- How long is the duration of the hack to healthpacks?

- Do hacked healthpacks expire after I die?

- What abilities am I not able to disrupt with my hack?

- When is the optimal time to ult?

- Do I go the more in and out assassin route or should I be more aggressive and play with my team from off angles?

- Which perks are generally better? I've been using invis hacking and virus spread perks.
