Hi all. I'm wondering if others would place any value above $40,000 on this business listed at $150,000?The listing shows about $440,000 annual sales. Listing shows EBITA at "$42,000". When I asked about EBITA reflecting "absentee ownership" the seller stated. "40K for Operating partner was added back to EBITDA". Shouldn't this simply be an asset sale given profit for an owner operator seems to be about $40,000k? Am I missing something? We are at a point in life where buying a job might be the best option (58 with no specialized degree). Thank you.
