When looking at trades in haveno-reto/Reto Swap. Most swaps have a security deposit of like 15-30%. Does this also mean that the person selling the monero also only has 15-30% of the trade value locked in the escrow?

Because then this would give zero security for the trade. Because why would He give a fuck if He loses the 20% from the escrow when He keeps the rest of the money?

For example, when doing Cash by Mail. And I send him 200€ in the mail. Why would he give a fuck to lose the 40 € in escrow? Or does the seller have to put 100% in escrow (to also prove he even has enough monero), and it's only the buyer who puts 20% in escrow?

I already did a few CBM trades with Reto, and it always worked. I never got scammed but was just wondering.
