New to Mumbai

Looking for a 1 RK or 1 BHK (unfurnished would also do) in chembur area. I have 2 offices, 1 in BKC and other one at chembur, swami vivekananda chowk.

As per these locations please suggest which area would be better to live in for me. Budget is around 25k.

Also please let me know what should I look for as per my office locations. Anything to help me out.
