Has anyone else experienced this with the marina iud? Or any of my symptoms in general

For context last year at the end of the year I went through with an abortion and decided to get the Marina when I was under anaesthesia, one day at work I felt like something was wrong with me as i was peeing constantly or feeling like I needed to and nothing was coming out, then getting into the day it started to hurt Every-time I peed that burning sensation, I’ve had this experience before when I was 16 I got a uti from an ex partner so I went to my chemist and got uti medication.

I finished the course although I did miss the right times to take the pills so I thought it might be gone if not i can get another course not a big deal I’ve never struggled with utis, the pain went away that burning sensation and that awful feeling of needing to pee but the constant 247 peeing not being able to hold liquid never went away.

A month later i knew something was still wrong I went to this new doctor got prescribed medication took it, it did nothing I was still having issues with constantly peeing.

I decided to go to the doctor again as it wasn’t going away I thought it was a uti because what else would give me the constant peeing and how I felt at the beginning sounds like a classic case of a uti, every single uti test was negative and every other test including bloods, ultra sounds external and internal everything is fine except the fact that red blood cells and inflammatory cells are in my pee. Because none of my tests have told the doctors anything but there’s blood in my urine I got a referral to a urologist luckily I was a Category A urgent so I have been accepted to be seen before 30 days I will be going to my appointment next week.

I just wanted to see if anyone else has ever experienced this as it’s actually been pretty awful to live with anyone I talk to has never had anything like this, before the marina I’ve never been prone to absolutely anything I’m pretty healthy in general I honestly wish I never got it put in the first place I can’t think of anything else that would cause this when I was at the doctors I mentioned my theory but she kinda pushed the idea of me keeping it in due to what if I got pregnant and the fact none of these symptoms she’s seen before with a marina but after reading people’s experiences online it seems like the marina Is actually fucked.

(for context the constant peeing probably doesn’t sound too bad as I’ve typed it out I haven’t really explained but when you can’t hold water down at all it gets in the way of absolutely anything Expecially when you have to work long hours or even when you want to have a good nights sleep i genuinely haven’t been able to since last year because I constantly wake up to pee)
