I have a debilitated sun in the 6th house with venus and moon in the 8th house.

I am undergoing a moon dasha.. with a lot of mental stress. Now I will be moving to Sun antaradasha ..Can you please let me know if there is any hope for improvement in the state of my mind..I have jupiter in the 10th house, mars in the 9th house capricorn, and saturn,mercury in the scorpio in the 7th house. Ketu in the 5th house and rahu in the 11 house.
