and how many people actually participate? i have never seen any vlogs of jnu football or anything like that

suppose there is an OBC candidate and he score 265 marks out of 300 in political science, adding deprivation points his score surpasses 270. now when merit list will be formed, since he is much above general cutoff also, will he be considered general/open seat or would he still be considered taking the obc seat?
