I’m quoting out a job. It’s bigger than anything I’ve done so far, and would be my first dip into doing some bigger stuff.

It’s replacing a 9 foot tall, 20 foot by 20 foot wide garbage corral. All made of wood, which is currently supported by posts sunk into concrete.

I can quote out removal, disposal and materials pretty easily, but I’m worried about either selling myself short or quoting some stupid massive number. This is a commercial client in a HCOL area

Any tips?

I have a job tomorrow to demo out a section of drywall from a basement. Pretty straightforward - except I can’t figure out what to do about the leftover screws. They’ll be plastered over so backing them out will probably be impossible, I could break them with a hammer but then you risk leaving nubs, I could try and yank them out with the claw end of a hammer, but I don’t wanna risk breaking the wood.

What’s your preferred method for removing screws after a drywall demo?
