Blood work results, trt issues

👋

I recently got my blood results.

I was administering 60mg 2x a week and 250iu hcg x2 week then I started getting massive tension headaches I put it down to being estrogen as I aromatize like crazy but started to consider it to be HCT as I had high blood pressure which is abnormal for me because my blood pressure is usually normal or low same as my RBC and ferritin (slightly anemic) last subq injection was Monday 7 days ago and my blood test was Saturday 5 days after my last injection (felt the headaches get noticeably less as the days got on)

HDL - 0.5 mmol/L appears to always be low my diet not terrible and I regularly do 20k steps a work 4 days a week (going to consider a more intense cardio)

LDL - 0.2 mmol/L

This is low due to some side effect from a medication I take.

Triglycerides - 5.5 mmol/L usually sits around 2 however I finished a night shift at 6 probably ate at 5 and had the blood test at 9 hardly fasting ig.

Testosterone - 11.2 nmol/L

Free testosterone - 0.2225 nmol/L

Estradiol - 65 pmol/L

Prolactin - 794.0 mU/L this weird sudden high spike happened last time and I went down the doctor's he reordered another test I got it done the next day and it was back to a normal reading, so I'm confused as to why this is.

RBC - 4.3 (have to get B12 injections and supplement iron)

MCH - 34.0 PG due to b12 injections

HCT - 43.0%

Ferritin - 43.0 ug/L I've stopped my iron supplements for a few weeks because I thought if it was high HCT causing the headaches irons not helping.

I've booked a consultation for Thursday as I keep hitting brick walls and I'm considering enclomiphene maybe.

Appreciate any advice as to what the headaches could be and how I can improve my bloods.

Hi there

I keep getting tension headaches like my head is going to explode

2x weekly 0.2ml(60mg) + hcg 250iu x2 weekly different days

I've adjusted this a little bit as I've been getting side effects lowered the doses and still getting side effects everyone keeps telling me not to throw an AI at it randomly however .... I did 0.25mg arimidex yesterday and sure enough I got abit of relief but also felt dizzy this morning ?

My BP has been 130/80 which is high for me I usually sit fairly low at 115/70

Just recently done my BP and it was 130/70 everyone saying wait 8 weeks to get another blood panel but I've ordered one to be done in a few days (4 week gap) because it's doing my head in now my issue is now if I pop another arimidex is it wise.

Why is this happening on such low doses?

Hey there,

Recently paid for bloods found I have low testosterone (have dabbled in the past) went to my doctor's he didn't do anything other than retest a few things so I've acquired my own test E and started administering.

Started 75mg x2 weekly great week upped the dose like a fool to 100mg x2 weekly trying to find the sweet spot everyone talks about I've had headaches after headaches and they feel like hella tension BP was slightly elevated to roughly 135/88 (did a fair few here and there that's probably about what it was averagely) mine usually sits around 120/70 so I've skipped a shot of TRT although people have suggested not to but it did help the headaches have reduced and BP is down to about 125/75.

Yesterday/today is a trt dose day but I'm really apprehensive because my headaches are only just reducing and I'm slightly concerned in case it was high HCT (I was on iron supplements) but there's every chance it could be high estrogen, does HCT reduce this fast? Or is it infact estrogen?

I've had chest pains for a little while too I though due to low testosterone so I hopped on and I felt great and they'd vanished then I upped the dose 🤦 and everything came back with more issues.

I feel like I need daily blood tests to get this stuff correct 😭

Edit: I also take 250iu hcg 2x a week
