I have re checked the files a couple of times and there seemed to be missing files and i downloaded them but still, it keeps giving me this error please help me ive been waiting for 3 days to play this game.

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600

GPU: RTX 2080 Super

16 gbs ddr4 ram

And yes I do have enough space to store it. (im trying to install it on a hdd)
