Ted Porter the only real option for a new shock?
It is with great sadness that I announce my 2017 1200 GS with only 22k miles on it has started weeping from the front shock. I checked with my local go to shop today and they said absolutely no rebuilds on OEM shocks. (Thanks BMW)
From what I can see Ted Porter is the West Coast goto for an ESA replacement from TracTive.
I'm not super excited about dropping $1300 on a part (Only bought the bike last year with 18k miles) but I ride aggressively enough that I'm not going to keep going on a weeping front end.
Any thoughts on other options? I'm in the Seattle area.
