Since r/FalloutMods aint helping me in any way, deciding to request help here instead, the problem of today is corrupted textures, due to me unable to load the game i had installed NVAC and try boot up the game, once i booted up this image explains all.

As the Title says, the Pip-Boy item displays simply put, arent working as their display is completly broken, the IMAGE is self-explainatory.

I had sent this post not to similar on the r/FalloutMods, however they soo far proved useless as they dind't send anything useful for the past 3 days, this issue is summarized as Unable to see the screen of the Reflectron, still able to interact with it however it displays nothing, the IMAGE. This also applies to the Pip-Boy but it's likely something is affecting both of them.
