First picture is from January and second picture is now. First pic I wasn't even going to the gym and now I've been going for 3 months and I feel like I'm literally making no progress. I look the same and I'm not really lifting any more weight. I've been going 5 days a week after work for about 45 minutes to an hour. Would really appreciate some advice cause right now I feel like I'm just wasting my time.
