This isn't a cure, but something I tried today and had moderate success (had a private lesson + met with a friend and reactions from them + no whiff or taste of something odd i usually get). it didn't fix my pnd so that's why I'm not sure it's cured. true test will the work day this week.

Sharing this bc it's not new but maybe tweaks that might help someone:

> 1: using the curved syringe and aiming in the area pictured. the two pockets on each side. Stones or not, I noticed a sort of stale- mucus-y smell after clearing it. Trying this every morning + night as part of brushing routine.

> 2: gargle twice while lying down. doing this was the first time I actually felt the mouthwash reach my sinuses. the reason to do it twice is the first time, there's a lot of mucus that might come out. the second time is the one that feels like it really got in there.

again, not a cure, but some tweaks to help your routine. i'm thinking adding the nasal rinse to this routine might really help
