Do I need to include an estimated proceeds from the rental property sale and how?

Hi, I have linked all mortgages to existing properties, and I show the date when the property is planned to be sold (in 2030-2032). However, I still see outstanding mortgages in the Debt section (in Projection). How to clear the mortgage debt and see the financial result from the sale as additional income? Thanks
