Why Isn't Opus 4.6/4.7 (or Sonnet 4.6) showing up in the list of models in Kiro?
Opus isn't showing up at all in the list of models. Also, where is 4.6 for Claude Sonnet?? I was about to create an issue on the Kiro github repo and then saw this - https://github.com/kirodotdev/Kiro/issues/8014 When will this get addressed?
I'm using the latest version of Kiro (0.12.155). I think there is tremendous potential in this tool in the long-term, but if you're using Kiro for important client work and you started a project using the latest models, and suddenly they're no longer available, an issue like that could have a negative impact due to lack of model consistency. Imagine someone assumes the latest Anthropic models they've been coding with will be consistently in Kiro for a project they're working one. They decide to use the "Auto / Autopilot" option to save on credit usage....if models are no longer available due to bugs / "optimization changes" like this, you could be in for a rude awakening.
Every time I consider embedding Kiro into my daily workflow, I find myself asking, "Do you feel lucky, punk?"
Please fix this.
